To build your Neurotrait Graph, you’ll rate each trait from 0 to 10. This isn’t a test so there’s no right answer. Just choose the number that feels most true to your experience.
What does the scale mean?
0 – This trait doesn’t show up in my life at all 5 – I notice this sometimes, it has a moderate impact 10 – This is a big part of my daily life, I think about it or manage it often
You don’t need to be exact, just close enough to feel right. It’s more important that the graph reflects your lived experience than getting a “perfect” number.
Think about your context
How you score might depend on what you’re using the graph for:
Looking for support at work? Think about how each trait affects your daily working life. what makes things harder or what support might help.
Reflecting on your ND identity? Think about how much each trait shows up for you, even if you’ve learned ways to manage the difficult parts.
It’s okay if some traits feel neutral, mixed, or context-dependent. Pick a number that reflects your overall experience.
A few tips:
Use whole numbers (0–10). You don’t need decimals, this isn’t scientific.
Don’t overthink it. It’s a snapshot, not a diagnosis.
Don’t compare your numbers to anyone else’s. Two people might rate the same trait differently based on how it affects their life. That’s the point.
